Shipping Turnaround Time

• Product orders:
  • Must be shipped within 48 business hours of the order date.
  • Tracking information must be uploaded to the system within 72 hours of the order being placed.
• Service orders:
  • Vendors must contact the customer to schedule the service within 48 business hours.
  • Service orders should only be marked as fulfilled once the service has been completed.

• All shipping costs must be included in the listed price of the product or service.
• Vendors may not charge additional shipping fees after the order is placed.
• Ensure your pricing accounts for any shipping or handling expenses upfront.

• Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on product or service type and local tax regulations.
• Vendors should not include sales tax in listed prices and must not charge it separately.
• Odyssey is acting as a marketplace facilitator and handling the collection and remittance of sales tax.
