Communications to Be Provided in Electronic Form

By choosing to use the Services, you will receive disclosures, notices, documents, and other communications about the Services and/or Odyssey from time to time (collectively, "Communications"). Odyssey can only provide the benefits of the Services by conducting business online and requires your consent to receive all Communications electronically. This section informs you of your rights when receiving electronic Communications from us.

Communications in Writing

By accepting the Terms, you agree that electronic Communications shall be considered "in writing" and have the same meaning and effect as if provided on paper. We have no obligation to provide Communications in paper format unless required by law, though we reserve the right to do so at any time.

Minimum Requirements

To view and/or retain copies of electronic Communications, you must meet the minimum technology requirements outlined below:

• On a mobile device:
  • A mobile device with Android or iOS (iPhone).
  • A data plan from your wireless carrier and an up-to-date mobile internet browser compatible with your operating system (e.g., Chrome or Safari).
  • Software that reads and displays .pdf files if you wish to view .pdf documents (such as the mobile version of Adobe Reader).
  • A printer and/or storage device to print or retain electronic documents, if desired.
• On a traditional computer:
  • A computer with Windows XP or higher, or OS X (Apple Macintosh) or higher.
  • An internet connection and an up-to-date internet browser compatible with your operating system (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari).
  • Software that reads and displays .pdf files (such as Adobe Reader).
  • A printer and/or storage device to print or retain electronic documents, if desired.

Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by Submitting a request. Withdrawing consent may result in the closure of your User Account and the cessation of Services. The legal validity and enforceability of prior Communications delivered electronically will remain unaffected by your withdrawal of consent.
