Odyssey advises that one person is authorized as an administrator for the portal account with one alternate user. All users from the company would log in with the same set of credentials. The Odyssey Vendor Account is where you'll submit your vendor application, work on your service offerings, manage orders, and view the customers; everything is in one platform.
